Pekanbaru, Siberriau - As of August 12, 2025, at 5:21 PM WIB (Western Indonesian Time), the video "I Met the Aura Farming Kid" on Facebook Discover with Joe HaTTab had 2.9 million views, 82,000 likes, and 1.3,000 comments.

This video was taken by world-renowned YouTuber Joe HaTTab some time ago in Kuantan Tengah District, Kuantan Singingi Regency, and posted on August 2, 2025, at 6:27 PM.

The video, titled "I Met Aura Farming Kid" (Aku Bertemu Anak Petani Aura), is 3:04 minutes long and begins with footage of Joe HaTTab giving money to Dhika, a viral jalan dancer in Kuansing.

He said the show was already very popular in Indonesia, but now it has gone global because of this little kid (Dhika).

So they came to tell their story to the world.

How could someone from a small village that doesn't even have an airport and had to drive four hours to get here spread their story worldwide via the internet?

There's a deeper story behind this dance. This celebration, which is over 200 years old, is called Pacu Jalur.

It started as a traditional canoe race and has evolved into a legendary race. So they came to see it.

"Hello, Dhika," Joe HaTTab greets Dhika. Joe HaTTab asks Dhika at the 0:49 mark if he's not afraid of falling. Dhika says no.

He shows them the track where Dhika will race the next day. "He'll stand here tomorrow. All the kids will stand here and lead the canoe," the video narrates.

At the 0:58 mark, Joe HaTTab introduces the man behind Dhika's viral video. "This is the man behind the viral video. He's the one who made Dikha famous. He captured the moment with this camera and made Dhika known worldwide. Everyone's talking about Dhika in the video you made," the video narrates.

The man in question, holding his camera, thanks him. "Thank you," he says.

At 1:18, practice has begun. "This is the third round of practice. They have an important day tomorrow," the video narrates again.

At 1:27, the racetrack begins. "Hey, guys! Today is the big day. Lots of people came. Imagine how much this place and this festival got because of little Dikha," the narrator continues.

The video mentions that the racetrack is small, but it has God's blessing. "This place is very small, but God has given it fame. What did his family do to deserve God's blessing? Look at these tourists who come from everywhere, from America and other countries, for Dhika and this celebration," the video narrates again.

The race is about to begin. At 2:01, Joe HaTTab discusses the speedboat ride to watch the race to see who will win.

"We support Dhika's team, and we will support them financially," the video narrates again.

It's also said to be unbelievable: a young child introducing culture to the world. "Imagine a young child introducing the culture of an ancient city to the world," the video recounts.

It turns out that Dhika's team, which they supported, lost and couldn't continue racing the next day, but they won a substantial prize.

At 2:18, Joe HaTTab goes to visit Dhika's residence. "Hello. We went to his house and supported him and his team before the big race," the video narrates again.

At 2:31, Joe Hattab gives Dhika some money. The money slips from Dhika's grasp. When asked about his aspirations, it turns out Dhika aspires to be a police officer.

People call him "The Aura Farmer Boy." His personality shone through. His charisma was natural. He didn't set out to be famous, but his personality made people like him.

"Follow and imitate him," the narrator concludes.

This video received various responses, including comments. Bogard Bo D Gard asked the residents about the water, "Why was the water brown?"
